Six Eighty Ala Moana is a new residential development located in the heart of Kakaako at 680 Ala Mona Boulevard, Honolulu, Hawaii. The 54 units are all designated as "reserved housing units" for rental under the Mauka Area Rules and administered by Hawaii Community Development Authority ("HCDA"). The units will be offered for rent subject to various income and other eligibility requirements and restrictions in accordance with the Mauka Rules".
